MatchCraft, a proprietary digital marketing platform for local businesses and creator of AdVantage™, has taken on sponsorship of Fulfillment Fund, a program that empowers and educates students through mentorship, online education, internship opportunities and individual college counseling.
The sponsorship will provide MatchCraft with a direct pipeline of young, raw talent, enabling the ad technology leader to gain a fresh perspective on its offerings. And Fulfillment Fund students will get an insider’s view into one of the fastest growing industries, marketing technology, and gain hands-on experience to help prepare them for successful careers in the real world.
“MatchCraft gives back to the community wherever we can,” said Sandy Lohr, MatchCraft’s CEO. “We were drawn to working with Fulfillment Fund since it’s hyper-focused on providing educational opportunities to underserved youth in the LA area. And we believe that a solid education can serve as the catalyst for not only a wonderful career, but also enable these program participants to give back to the community themselves.”
Fulfillment Fund’s ultimate goal is to make college accessible for underprivileged youth. To do so, they work with students of all achievement levels. Their success shows in the numbers: more than 95% of Fulfillment Fund students go on to attend college.
To kick off the sponsorship, MatchCraft’s first intern will be placed in its marketing department. The intern will get the opportunity to work side by side with a fun, friendly and diverse bunch of team members in an exciting and fast-paced setting.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with MatchCraft,” said Maria E. Booth, CEO of Fulfillment Fund. “Our students have diverse interests. We find that it’s the hands-on learning that helps them most with deciding on their future career path and educational interests.”
